“ We visited Thai Chili 2 Go shortly after the restaurant opened its doors. The lobby was packed with people to the point that it was standing room only. We decided to wait a couple weeks and try again. This time, the restaurant was not as busy and we were able to get a table. The way this restaurant works is the customers place an order at a window, the food is prepared, and placed into packaging to go, even if the customer is eating there. This format is more customary for a fast food restaurant, so we were a little surprised that they took 15 minutes to prepare our food. When our food was ready, we found it to be fresh and delicious. The total was 32 for two people. We would recommend this restaurant to others, just be prepared to wait. ”

“ I had a very bad experience yesterday with Door Dash turn into a great experience today at this location. I ordered the yellow curry yesterday and unfortunately, my Door Dasher thought it looked delicious too. They picked up my food and then cancelled the order but I was still charged for the delivery. Every single Door Dash communication I received said to contact the store. When I called the store to find out why my order was cancelled, the store told me they had already sent my food out. They offered to remake my food for pickup but I wasnt able to make it in. When I went in today, the team was super understanding and offered to remake my food with no questions asked. The yellow curry is my personal favorite. Thank you to this team for turning this one around! ”
